By accessing or using Score My Texts ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Score My Texts is an AI-powered tool that analyzes text conversations and provides relationship insight scores, flags, and commentary. Results are generated by artificial intelligence and are for entertainment and informational purposes only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws.
  • Submit content that is abusive, threatening, defamatory, or that infringes on third-party rights.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the Service.
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission.
  • Circumvent any access restrictions or usage limits.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

  • The Service offers a free tier (limited scans) and paid options processed via Stripe.
  • All prices are in US Dollars and include applicable fees.
  • One-time purchases ($0.99 per scan) are non-refundable once the analysis has been delivered.
  • Monthly subscriptions($4.99/month) renew automatically. You may cancel at any time through Stripe's customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, branding, and code of the Service are owned by Score My Texts or its licensors. You retain ownership of the text you submit for analysis. By submitting text, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process it for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. AI-generated analysis is not professional relationship, psychological, or legal advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any analysis results. Use the Service at your own discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCORE MY TEXTS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Score My Texts from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. For users in Singapore, nothing in these Terms affects your rights under the Singapore Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act or the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in English, with the seat of arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
